How does buying tickets on Plots work?
If you are buying on web, you will be prompted to create an account, put your payment details, and you will be emailed your QR code ticket.
If you buy in the app, you will be prompted for your payment details and then you can click your profile and see your QR code ticket.
This QR code is your ticket for all events you've purchased through Plots.
What's the address? Age limit? Do I need ID/Vaccination?
If you have any more specific questions about an event please check the event details page or reach out the individual host of the event. You will receive a notification and email when details (address, age limits, description) are updated for events you are attending on our platform.
How do I get a refund?
Events on the Plots platform have varying refund policies. When you purchase a ticket you agree to these refund policies. First, contact the individual event host you purchased a ticket from for refund inquiries. Otherwise, reach out to support@plots.events with any more questions.
