Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending this party involves certain inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness (including COVID-19), accidents, and other unpredictable incidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks by participating. 2. Release of Liability: I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and discharge HOTTODDY Productions, its owners, staff, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness sustained while participating in or attending the event. 3. Conduct & Responsibility: I agree to act responsibly and respectfully during the event. I acknowledge that the Host reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. 4. Alcohol & Substances: If I choose to consume alcohol or any substances, I do so at my own risk. I affirm that I am of legal age to consume alcohol and understand that misuse or overconsumption may result in personal injury or legal consequences for which I am solely responsible. 5. Photography/Video Release: I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes by HOTTODDY Productions. I grant permission for my image and likeness to be used without compensation. 6. Health & Safety Acknowledgment: I affirm that I am not currently experiencing symptoms of illness and have not recently tested positive for any communicable disease, including COVID-19.
